Campaign Coordinator - Treasure Valley Family YMCA Association Treasure Valley Family YMCA Boise, ID Job Details Full-time $18.45 - $23.06 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off 403(b) Qualifications Research Full Job Description The Treasure Valley Family YMCA is seeking a dynamic Campaign Coordinator to join our team! This newly established position partners with the Chief Development Officer and campaign leadership to manage logistics, donor engagement, reporting, and communications that drive a successful capital campaign. This role ensures strong coordination among volunteers, major donors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate tracking, stewardship, and campaign momentum. Responsibilities:
Major Donor Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, tours, and presentations for prospective major donors in collaboration with volunteer leaders, the CEO, and/or CDO. Prepare comprehensive donor briefings for the CDO and campaign leaders, include relevant background, giving history, and stated interests. Organize and assist in developing all materials needed for donor meetings (proposals, pledge forms, campaign updates, naming opportunities, etc.). Document detailed meeting notes and enter timely updates into the donor management system. Coordinate and track follow-up actions and next steps to ensure consistent donor engagement. Support donor stewardship by ensuring prompt acknowledgments, personalized outreach, and ongoing engagement after meetings and gifts. Conduct prospect research and assist with identifying new potential major donors. Develop and implement a structured communication plan to keep donors informed about campaign progress, milestones, and ongoing funding needs.Campaign Committee Work:
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for campaign committee meetings in partnership with the CDO and volunteer leadership. Prepare meeting agendas and materials as requested. Attend committee meetings, record detailed minutes, and document decisions and commitments.Gift Acknowledgment and Tracking:
Ensure all campaign gifts and pledges are accurately recorded in the donor management system, including pledge schedules and naming recognition details. Monitor pledge fulfillment and coordinate reminders as appropriate. Support timely and accurate gift acknowledgments in alignment with organizational standards.Campaign Reporting:
In collaboration with the Fund Development Coordinator, create, maintain, and distribute campaign progress reports. Track campaign performance metrics and maintain accurate relationship management tools and dashboards. Ensure data integrity and provide regular reporting to leadership and campaign volunteers.Communications:
Partner with the CDO and Senior Director of Marketing to develop and implement a strategic communications and public relations plan. Support efforts to maintain campaign visibility and momentum through internal and external communications. Coordinate messaging that highlights campaign milestones, donor impact, and funding priorities to engage stakeholders and the broader community.Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in project management and relationship management Previous experience with nonprofit capital campaigns and project management preferred. Demonstrated skills in planning, time management, flexibility, organization, attention to detail and independent work proficiency. Ability to articulate YMCA priorities, timelines, and contracts. Excellent human relations skills and an ability to maintain positive communication with staff and members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone etiquette and computer use. Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills and be sensitive, adaptable, professional, and articulate when communicating with others. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.Benefits:
