Salary + Commission - TBD This is not an entry-level opportunity. This is a search for one person. FirstLight Home Care of Spokane and Coeur d'Alene exists to help people have their best day, every day. We're hiring a Networker/Community Liaison to build our referral presence across Coeur d'Alene, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and surrounding areas — with discharge planners at Kootenai Health, home health and hospice agencies, skilled nursing facilities, and physicians' offices. This isn't about dropping off brochures. It's about becoming the person a discharge planner calls without hesitation, because they trust you'll care for their patient like family.
Success looks like:
Identifying, developing, and growing relationships with referral sources across our territory Maintaining those relationships, including clean CRM records (no CRM experience required — we'll train you) Educating referral partners and the community on the value of home care Representing FirstLight at community and networking events Tracking activity and results, and taking initiative to grow them Who we're looking for: A proven relationship-builder with a track record in healthcare sales, business development, or marketing A finisher, not just a starter. $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
