401(k) Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Position Summary The Assistant Studio Manager partners with the Studio Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional member experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is responsible for supporting membership growth, coaching the Wellness Advisor team, maintaining operational excellence, and serving as the manager on duty when the Studio Manager is unavailable. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth Achieve individual membership and retail sales goals. Assist in reaching overall studio membership and revenue targets. Follow up on all leads through phone, text, email, and CRM. Conduct studio tours and consultations. Convert prospects into long-term members. Execute member retention strategies including freezes, renewals, and win-back campaigns. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs. Leadership & Team Development Coach front desk staff on sales techniques and member experience. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees. Provide ongoing feedback and accountability. Serve as Manager on Duty when needed. Foster a positive, collaborative studio culture. Operations Build relationships with members and encourage community. Gather member feedback and communicate opportunities for improvement. Ensure every interaction reflects the YogaSix brand experience. Ensure studio cleanliness and presentation meet YogaSix standards. Handle member concerns and resolve issues professionally. Ensure compliance with policies and operational procedures. Marketing & Community Outreach Participate in grassroots marketing events. Support social media content creation and community engagement. Coordinate studio events, referral campaigns, and member appreciation activities. Qualifications 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (boutique fitness preferred). Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable using CRM and POS systems (ClubReady experience preferred). Passion for health, wellness, and fitness. Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
