at Insight Global in Evanston, Illinois, United States Job Description Job Description This Senior Technical Project Manager will own and drive the Finance and IT internal workstreams supporting Rotary's enterprise Salesforce Grants implementation. Day to day, they will coordinate closely with Finance (Oracle), Tech Ops, data integrations, CRM (NetForum), grants officers, and global communications teams while Salesforce Professional Services leads core platform delivery. They will manage dependencies, risks, and milestones across 10+ grant programs migrating onto Salesforce, ensure alignment with product and delivery leadership, and keep all teams accountable to PI commitments and go-live timelines. This role is critical to ensuring the organization reaches its target year and successfully delivers a highly visible, consumer-impacting transformation.
Responsibilities:
Own delivery of internal Finance and IT workstreams supporting the Salesforce Grants implementation Manage dependencies between Oracle finance systems, CRM /data integrations, and Salesforce Identify, track, escalate, and mitigate risks and blockers across multiple workstreams Partner closely with Salesforce Professional Services and internal Product leadership Facilitate PI planning, sprint tracking, and delivery reporting using Jira Coordinate across business, technology, and global teams to keep execution on track Ensure teams are aligned to commitments and accountable to milestones and go-live targets Support discovery and blueprint phases and transition into full implementation execution Provide clear status reporting to executive stakeholders and project sponsors We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Very senior Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing complex finance and IT workstreams Proven experience managing and tracking multiple, interdependent workstreams with high visibility Strong experience in Salesforce implementations, preferably enterprise-scale Experience with Grants management, benefits, or similar highly regulated / rules-driven domains Experience working with Finance teams (Oracle) and data integrations across CRM platforms Strong risk, dependency, and issue management skills across several concurrent workstreams Experience working with third-party vendors (Salesforce Professional Services leading delivery) Strong Agile experience, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and quarterly PI Planning Advanced Jira experience for tracking work, dependencies, risks, and milestones Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills; able to hold teams accountable Comfortable working with global teams, including offshore resources in India Ability to operate in discovery, blueprint, and execution phases Experience in a delivery-focused role with accountability to go-live commitments Willingness to work onsite in Evanston 1-2 days per week COVID vaccination compliance (booster previously received acceptable) Direct experience implementing Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud - Grants Module Experience with Grants management platforms coming off legacy systems Experience with NetForum CRM Background in consumer-facing industries with high user impact Prior experience with Bswift or similar benefits platforms Salesforce certifications or prior Salesforce Professional Services exposure To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
