FULL SALARY RANGE
$138,360 - $200,622 The Village of Hanover Park is seeking an accomplished and collaborative Deputy Village Manager to join its executive leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced municipal professional who enjoys working across departments, tackling complex projects, communicating with the community, supporting elected officials, and helping shape the future of an organization.

With responsibilities spanning administration, communications, strategic planning, budgeting, human resources, information technology, labor relations, special projects, and community engagement, the Deputy Village Manager will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations and long-term success of the Village.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Completion of a master's degree in Public Administration, Public Relations/Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in municipal government administration and public relations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess and maintain in good standing a valid Illinois driver's license.
