Job Description

We're looking for a data-driven, curious, and proactive PPC Analyst to join our high-impact client pods. In this role, you'll be the engine behind campaign performance-owning optimization, uncovering insights, and driving measurable results across Paid Social and Display.

You'll partner closely with Account Managers who lead client relationships, while you focus on what you do best: turning data into smarter strategy, stronger performance, and continuous growth.

If you love digging into performance data, testing new ideas, and seeing your optimizations directly impact client success-this is your role.
What You'll Do:
Own Campaign Performance:
Manage and optimize campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok) and DisplayContinuously refine targeting, creative, and placements to improve ROIMonitor performance daily and act quickly on trends and opportunitiesTurn Data into
Strategy:
Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and optimization opportunitiesTranslate performance into clear, actionable recommendationsUse data storytelling to explain what's working-and what's next
Drive Smarter Marketing Decisions:
Develop audience targeting strategies aligned to client goalsRecommend creative enhancements in partnership with design teamsIdentify growth and expansion opportunities across channels
Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with Account Managers on client strategy and KPIsWork cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Sales, and Creative teamsContribute to client performance discussions with insights and recommendations
Innovate & Improve:
Stay current on platform changes, trends, and emerging opportunitiesTest new approaches and bring forward innovative ideasContinuously improve processes and optimization strategies
What You Bring:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital campaignsStrong expertise in Paid Social platforms (Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok) and DisplaySolid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and act on itAdvanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/analytics toolsAbility to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiencesA proactive, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
