This role leads content planning, channel strategy, publishing and community management, and performance reporting for their brands, while collaborating closely with marketing peers on paid media, influencer and creator programming, digital marketing and more. The Manager is responsible for keeping social strategy, tools, and reporting consistently across the broader Heartland social portfolio. This role is located at our Carmel, Indiana corporate office. The role is 100% in office. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end organic social strategy for assigned brands, including content pillars, campaign calendars, and platform-specific approach. Lead content planning and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads. Direct community management standards and oversee day-to-day engagement, either personally or through the Social Media Coordinator. Build and present analytics and performance reporting; translate data into actionable recommendations. Develop and execute social-first campaign strategy in partnership with brand and creative teams. Partner with Influencer lead to manage creator and influencer relationships, including sourcing, briefing, gifting, and whitelisting coordination with agency partners. Partner with peers to manage Brand Ambassador program strategy and management for assigned brands. Partner with paid media and creative teams to align organic and paid content. Provide creative direction for organic social content and maintain brand voice consistency. Monitor social and cultural trends and adapt content strategy accordingly. Represent assigned brand(s) in real-time or event-based social coverage (e.g., sponsorship activations) as needed. Collaborate with peer Social Media Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize reporting, KPIs, and workflows across brands. Provide social support to secondary or newly acquired brands as capacity allows or as directed. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience managing organic social strategy for a brand, agency, or in-house marketing team. Proven experience across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube). Experience managing creator/influencer or brand ambassador programs. Strong analytical skills with experience building and presenting performance reports. Excellent copywriting, creative direction, and project management skills. Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders. Comfortable managing multiple brands and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
