Job Description
System Manager, Corporate Communications The System Manager, Corporate Communications leads enterprise-wide internal and external communications that strengthen the organization's brand, reputation, and alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership on communications strategy and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to lead high-impact communications programs across audiences and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communications:
Define priorities aligned to business goals and lead integrated, data-driven communications plans and campaigns.Crisis & Reputation Management:
Develop and execute crisis communication strategies; partner with leadership, legal, and compliance on response plans; proactively manage media relations and organizational narrative.Internal Communications & Engagement:
Drive employee communications that inform, engage, and support performance through effective internal channels.Content & Messaging:
Lead internal and external content strategy; develop enterprise messaging platforms; oversee executive and organizational communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.Technology & Measurement:
Leverage communications technologies and analytics; define KPIs, report results, and continuously optimize performance.Leadership & Operations:
Manage and develop a high-performing communications team; oversee resources and prepare the function for future needs.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field 8-10 years of communications, PR, or marketing experience, including 5+ years in leadership Proven success leading communications for large, complex organizations Strong executive presence, writing and storytelling skills, and experience influencing across diverse audiences Healthcare experience preferredSimilar remote jobs
