Through its existing 27 centers in Greece, Malaysia, Italy, the UAE, the United States & Indonesia, players of all ages and levels can enjoy the unique Mouratoglou experience worldwide. As part of our growth, we are looking for a proactive and client-focused Receptionist / Communication Officer to join our center in Noblesville, Indiana. As the main point of contact for our clients, you will manage daily communications and help ensure a smooth, welcoming and professional experience throughout their journey with our tennis center. Job description Welcome clients and manage inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone and in person Provide information about lessons, programs, schedules, prices and availability Assist clients with bookings, payments, confirmations and rescheduling Recommend suitable alternatives and help convert inquiries into bookings Coordinate with the Head Coach, Tennis Director and on-site teams Maintain accurate client records and ensure reliable follow-up Support reception, administrative tasks, events and pro shop operations when required Represent the Mouratoglou brand through excellent customer service Profile Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, friendly and solution-oriented approach Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of clients' needs Positive attitude and strong team spirit An understanding of the tennis industry would be an advantage Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
