Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing support to the Office of Community Engagement and its staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering and forwarding phone calls, taking, and delivering messages Assist with the planning and executing events and activities for Students, Faculty and Staff Collaborate with individuals internally and externally from various community organizations. Assist with formatting and drafting correspondence Qualification and requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication. Candidate must have professional and organizational skills. Must have knowledge using Microsoft.
