Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Marketing & Communications provides strategic and operational leadership for Signature Healthcare's Marketing and Communications efforts. This includes but is not limited to brand, media and influence relations, internal communications, digital presence, patient acquisition efforts and community relations. The Director develops an integrated department strategy aligned with health system's goals and priorities; serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership; leads and develops the team; and ensures strong and consistent execution across marketing, communications, digital, content and community engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring both strategic thinking and a joy of actively participating in the development of high quality and creative marketing communications.
