Job Description

We are seeking an organized, service-oriented professional to serve as our Member Communications & Club Services Manager . This is a highly visible position that combines member service, communications, event coordination, and administrative leadership in a fast-paced private club environment. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of the Club while serving as the communication hub between members, staff, and club leadership. What You'll Do Welcome and assist members and guests while delivering exceptional service. Coordinate member communications including newsletters, email, text messaging, website content, calendars, and social media. Manage administrative aspects of the membership admissions process and new member onboarding. Support club events, tournaments, meetings, and member programs through communication and logistical coordination. Prepare meeting materials and provide administrative support for the General Manager, Board, and committees. Maintain accurate member records, calendars, and club information. We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys building relationships and providing outstanding customer service. Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Communicates professionally, both verbally and in writing. Thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Is proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology and software. Has experience in hospitality, private clubs, communications, membership services, or a related field. Private club experience is preferred but not required.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
