This candidate will serve as a strategic communications leader supporting highly visible IT operations throughout the National Capital Region. The ideal candidate will drive communication strategies that enhance awareness, customer experience, and mission effectiveness across multiple military organizations. Working closely with senior military leadership, this individual will develop executive-level briefings, strategic messaging campaigns, newsletters, notifications, and communication plans while translating complex IT operations into clear, actionable information. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-level IT modernization initiatives, collaborate with key stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor to commanders and senior decision-makers in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

Compensation:

$55/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
