Director of Community Relations Solomons Nursing and Rehab Center $80,000-$95,000 Annual Salary + Generous Bonus Structure Solomons Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Director of Community Relations to lead sales, marketing, referral development, and occupancy growth. Key Responsibilities Drive census growth through lead generation and relationship-based sales Manage prospective residents from inquiry through move-in Conduct tours and provide exceptional service to prospective residents and families Develop referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, senior organizations, and community partners Coordinate the admissions and move-in process Develop creative outreach and marketing initiatives Track leads, conversions, sales activity, and occupancy results Partner with leadership and clinical teams to support the community's growth goals Qualifications 2-5 years of sales, marketing, business development, or community relations experience Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related experience preferred Proven ability to meet sales, census, or occupancy goals Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree preferred We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who enjoys building connections, achieving results, and helping seniors and their families find the right place to call home.
