FOURMIDABLE, a nationally diversified real estate management and brokerage company, is seeking a full-time, experienced Occupancy Specialist to join our team at a Harbor Tower Apartments located in Benton Harbor, MI.

Tasks include:

Processing Public Housing Recertification's Maintaining Resident occupancy - preferably achieving 100% occupancy Maintaining resident files in compliance with HUD guidelines Reaching out to perspective residents, increasing waiting list Calculating rents and prorate leases with accuracy Assisting in Maintaining Community Relations Addressing resident concerns and complaints Assisting in resident activities, programs, and services in order to establish and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and retention The ideal candidate MUST have: High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) year experience in the apartment industry Knowledge in Public Housing Two (2) years of experience as Occupancy Specialist Proven track record with Annual Recertifications At
