ROLE SUMMARY
The Performance Marketing Generalist turns approved marketing plans into live, measurable campaigns. You will build, launch, quality-check, and report on campaigns across SMS, email, paid search, paid social, and landing pages. You will also maintain tracking links and campaign records so Accord Group can connect marketing activity to applications and other conversion results. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both execution and analysis. You will coordinate with specialists, but you will personally work in campaign, advertising, messaging, spreadsheet, and dashboard tools. You will check performance data, investigate tracking problems, and recommend the next action. The Shared Services Director will set campaign goals, budgets, channels, and key performance indicators; you will own the day-to-day process from the approved brief through launch, optimization, and closeout.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and Launch Campaigns
- turn approved briefs into executable tasks, create campaign records and tracking links, coordinate channel handoffs, complete prelaunch testing, and keep work on schedule Measure and Improve Performance
- monitor campaign and funnel results, reconcile data across systems, find attribution problems, and recommend changes based on the data Coordinate the Work

- maintain reliable campaign records, explain performance clearly, and resolve or escalate missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate data
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Campaign build and launch responsibilities include: Translate approved briefs into clear tasks with owners, due dates, completion criteria, and dependencies in ClickUp Create and maintain campaign records in Campaign Studio, Accord Group's internal tool for campaign codes, UTM parameters, and tracked links. Records may include the campaign series, market, campaign day, responsible general manager, message variation, and destination URL Prepare send sheets for SMS campaigns in HeyMarket and email campaigns in Salesforce. Coordinate list uploads, opt-out suppression, and multi-day send schedules with the designated send-operations partner Support campaign setup and quality assurance in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager. This may include auditing UTM parameters and final URLs, preparing campaigns for approval, or handing off advanced work to a paid-media specialist Complete the launch checklist by testing the full path from ad or message to landing page and application. Confirm that UTM parameters and platform click identifiers such as gclid and fbclid remain intact, then update the central campaign record to show that the campaign is live Measurement and optimization responsibilities include: Pull and interpret results from Accord MASTER, the company's central campaign-performance tracker, and from internal dashboards built on Supabase, including the Accord dashboard and Command Center views Monitor spend, sends, opens, clicks, applications, cost per acquisition (CPA), and cost of acquisition (COA) by market, channel, campaign day, and message or creative variation Investigate data-quality problems such as missing UTM parameters, advertising spend with no recorded clicks, applications that do not match a campaign, or results combined under the wrong parent campaign. Fix the issue or assign a clear owner for resolution Provide concise end-of-day and end-of-week updates to the Shared Services Director and other stakeholders. Explain what changed, what needs attention, and what should happen next Recommend practical optimizations such as pausing or scaling campaigns, selecting creative winners, concentrating markets, changing send-day sequencing, and adjusting bids or budgets based on results Coordination and communication responsibilities include: Keep ClickUp current with tasks, owners, blockers, approvals, decisions, and completed outcomes Create tasks, assign the appropriate teammate or specialist, record outcomes, close completed work, and escalate blockers early Coordinate internal approvals in Slack and provide clear stakeholder updates in Google Chat when requested Work with content, web and tracking, paid-media, analytics, and send-operations specialists while remaining responsible for campaign progress
HOW PERFORMANCE WILL BE MEASURED
Performance in this role will be measured by the following outcomes and behaviors: Campaigns launch on time with clean UTMs, correct destinations, and documented approvals Send days and paid campaigns go live without confusion about who owns the link or launch step The central campaign tracker and performance dashboards reflect campaign activity within hours of launch, and discrepancies are identified promptly The Shared Services Director and stakeholders receive short, accurate updates that identify what is live, pending, blocked, performing, or awaiting a decision ClickUp remains current because tasks, decisions, and outcomes are recorded rather than managed only in chat Each sprint closes with a clear record of what worked and what should change, supported by data

QUALIFICATIONS
At least two years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing operations in an agency or in-house environment Hands-on experience launching multi-channel campaigns in at least two of the following areas: paid search, paid social, email, SMS, or outbound marketing Experience managing UTM and tracking hygiene and diagnosing broken attribution Ability to use Google Sheets and dashboards to calculate and interpret cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), channel mix, and campaign winners Clear written communication for team updates, stakeholder summaries, and handoff documentation Ability to move work forward, document decisions, resolve blockers, and follow tasks through completion Strong ownership and willingness to complete detailed quality-assurance work that prevents costly mistakes Preferred qualifications include: Experience with recruiting, employment marketing, or lead-generation funnels that move from a landing page to a form or quiz and then to an application-tracking system Experience building and lightly optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Familiarity with IdealTraits, Salesforce, HeyMarket, Calendly, Dub, or a similar technology stack Curiosity about light SQL, Python, Looker, or Streamlit; these tools are not required, but willingness to learn the toolset is expected Experience working alongside AI-assisted workflows or structured agent playbooks
WORKING CONDITIONS AND TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS
This is a remote-friendly role with regular collaboration during Central Time business hours The work is primarily desk and computer based and requires frequent use of spreadsheets, dashboards, messaging platforms, and advertising tools The role may involve time-sensitive launch, send-day, and same-day quality-assurance work Regular travel is not required for this role
