Key responsibilities include organizing, planning, and communication. This position is ideal for someone who loves to build relationships with community partners and individuals, coordinate events, generate outreach activities, and prepare marketing and communications to promote CASA's mission. The Community Engagement Manager is a full-time position that reports to the Development Director.

Outreach:
Cultivate relationships to build community awareness for the CASA mission. Create and implement the comprehensive volunteer recruitment plan. Lead the efforts and activities of the outreach committee. Make public appearances and speak on behalf of CASA at community engagements.Marketing & Communications:
Create and implement the annual marketing and communications plan. Create publications to support programmatic and fundraising activities, including digital and print communications, such as annual report, e-newsletter, press releases and direct mailings. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other computer programs.- Prepare and post social media content.
- Maintain website (Word Press).
- Oversee the production of the CASA podcast.
Development:
Support CASA's long-term relationships with existing donors through effective stewardship activities and communications. Assist the Development Director in coordinating special events. Facilitate one-time events that support CASA's mission and outreach goals. Recruit, train, and support key volunteers to assist in development efforts.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, or other development related field.
- Experience in development and database fundraising software.
- Experience with digital and print graphic design.
- A valid driver's license.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and the ability to learn and use various database software.
- Experience and skills with persuasive communication in a variety of formats.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Skilled at building relationships through in-person, phone, and email approaches.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Successfully complete criminal background check and child abuse background check.
- Commitment to CASA's goals, mission, and values.
