New York, Remote Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused AI Go-To-Market (GTM) Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, education, and adoption of AI-powered tools and capabilities among Financial Advisor teams. This six-month contract role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong project management, campaign execution, and content development skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will join the Smart Technologies & Advanced Analytics Team (STAAT), whose mission is to create an AI-powered platform advantage for Financial Advisors, enabling them to grow and serve clients more effectively. As part of the Marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across STAAT and Global Wealth Management US to deliver advisor-facing awareness, education, and adoption programs and campaigns in a complex environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute integrated campaigns from initial planning through launch, measurement, and post-campaign optimization. Develop and deploy email campaigns, including audience coordination, content updates, testing, quality assurance, and launch support. Draft and update campaign content, including emails, landing pages, internal communications, and enablement materials. Create and maintain campaign timelines, project plans, status updates and marketing calendars. Partner with stakeholders within STAAT and business teams to gather inputs, manage reviews, and deliver campaigns accurately and on schedule. Perform quality assurance checks on campaign assets, links, audience lists, content, and communications before deployment. Monitor campaign performance and prepare clear updates on results, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Support the production and maintenance of user enablement resources, including guides, reference materials, videos, presentations, and training communications. Maintain and organize enablement content and assets within SharePoint. Use Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, streamline routine tasks, and support campaign execution. Support additional digital communications, go-to-market programs, and campaign priorities as business needs evolve. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience executing campaigns, communications programs, or digital initiatives. Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns within an email marketing or marketing automation platform; Adobe Campaign experience is preferred. Experience supporting campaigns from planning and content development through execution, reporting, and optimization. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities. Experience drafting clear, engaging email, landing page, and campaign content Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience working in Microsoft SharePoint or a similar content platform. Comfort using campaign metrics, reporting dashboards, and performance data to identify actionable insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. A university degree or equivalent relevant experience Core Competencies A self-starter with a strong bias for action who takes ownership and drives work forward. Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a commitment to accurate, high-quality execution. Curious about AI and emerging technologies and comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Copilot in your daily work. A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and shared outcomes.
