Job Description
We're part of the Social Impact & Sustainability team of dedicated and passionate people united by a drive to improve health outcomes. The Director, SI&S Community Impact & Patient Reach helps Novartis expand reach and improve health outcomes for underrepresented populations. The role develops data-driven strategies, measurement approaches, and scalable solutions that identify barriers, generate actionable insights, and drive sustainable impact through collaboration across functions, community organizations, coalitions, and external partners.
