Part-Time Front Desk Manager & Social Media Manager Pay:

$23-$28/hour, based on experience

On-site | Part-time About META Bodywork META Bodywork is a massage and wellness studio focused on therapeutic bodywork and personalized care. We're looking for a responsible, creative, and independent team member to manage front desk operations and grow our social media presence. Responsibilities Front Desk & Studio Operations Manage daily on-site operations and ensure the studio runs smoothly. Greet clients, manage bookings, and handle inquiries. Address client concerns and complaints professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio. Assist with laundry and daily operational needs. Communicate with the Operations Manager to stay on track. Social Media & Content Creation Shoot, edit, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Create Reels, stories, and posts while keeping up with trends. Manage a consistent posting schedule and develop creative ideas. Independently manage content creation from start to finish. Qualifications Front desk, hospitality, or customer service management experience. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle day to day challanges independently. A high level of responsibility and ownership of on-site operations. Experience shooting, editing, and managing social media content. Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and current trends. Self-motivated, organized, reliable, and able to work independently. Spa or wellness experience is a plus.
