We're scaling aggressively, investing in the people and infrastructure that define the future of premium healthcare delivery. This role is part of that investment. About the Role This is a sales and business development role with a healthcare context — not a clinical support position dressed up with a fancy title. You will be responsible for driving measurable revenue growth through referral pipeline development, community presence, and converting high-value patient opportunities. You'll carry a growth mandate and be held to it. You're the person who works a room at a chamber event in the morning, sits down with a spine surgeon's office to pitch a referral partnership at noon, and closes a patient on a $4,000 out-of-network care plan that afternoon — and makes every one of those interactions feel effortless. If you've built books of business, managed referral pipelines, and consistently hit growth targets in a healthcare or healthcare-adjacent environment, we want to talk. What You'll Own Referral pipeline development — Build, manage, and grow a structured referral network of physicians, surgeons, attorneys, athletic trainers, and fitness and wellness professionals. This is relationship sales with a long game, and you'll be expected to track it, report on it, and grow it quarter over quarter Community presence and brand representation — Attend networking events, health fairs, chamber functions, and community sponsorships as the face of Madison Medical. You convert visibility into volume Patient acquisition and conversion — Own new patient inquiries from first contact through committed care plan. You run structured follow-up cadences, manage an active pipeline, and close with confidence and care Out-of-network plan presentation — Articulate clinical value, navigate insurance complexity, and guide patients through cash-pay investment decisions in a way that builds trust and drives commitment Outreach campaign execution — Collaborate with leadership on targeted outreach to referral sources, community partners, and prospective patients — with clear KPIs attached to every initiative Performance reporting — Track referral source ROI, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and retention metrics. You know where your numbers are at all times and use data to sharpen your approach What We Require 3-5 years in healthcare business development, practice growth, med spa or elective/cash-pay sales, surgical coordination, or a closely adjacent revenue-generating role Proven, demonstrable track record of hitting growth targets — referral volume, conversion rates, revenue contribution. We will ask for specifics Experience building and managing external referral relationships with physicians, attorneys, or community partners Ability to present and close on cash-pay and out-of-network treatment plans — you understand patient financial counseling and can make a $5,000 investment feel like the right decision High-output, self-directed work style — you manage a full pipeline, show up to events, and follow through without being managed Polished, professional presence with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Tech-fluent:
