From attractions and birthday celebrations to special events, promotions, and everyday park excitement, there's always something happening at Urban Air. Your job is to capture that energy and bring it to life online. What You'll Do

• You'll help shape Urban Air's social media presence and create content that gets families excited about their next adventure.
• Create and manage engaging social media content for multiple Urban Air locations
• Develop monthly content calendars around promotions, events, holidays, and park activities
• Film and edit Reels, Stories, posts, and short-form videos
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and promotional copy
• Manage social media posting across multiple platforms
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer questions
• Visit Urban Air locations as needed to capture authentic, real-time content
• Track performance and prepare reports to understand what's working
• Use performance insights to identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and audience growth
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content ideas
• Bring fresh ideas to the table & continually find new ways to showcase the Urban Air experience. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who understands that great social media is more than simply posting. It's about creativity, storytelling, timing, & knowing what makes people stop scrolling.
• Experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Experience filming and editing short-form and mobile content
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to create engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools
• Ability to manage content for multiple locations and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of current social media trends
• Portfolio or examples of previous social media work required
