Job Description
Patient Outreach & Community Engagement Specialist Las Vegas Recovery Hospital — Southern Nevada This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the community — on the streets, at shelters, at outreach events — meeting people where they are and connecting them to the care we provide at Las Vegas Recovery Hospital. What You'll Do Spend most of your day in the field, building trust with individuals in need Strengthen referral relationships with shelters, community organizations, and providers Represent our hospital professionally and compassionately in every interaction Help reduce barriers to care for underserved populations You're a Great Fit If You Are comfortable in street-level and community-based environments Know how to earn trust with people who've been failed by the system before Are a strong listener and a self-starter Genuinely prefer being out in the field over sitting in meetings Have experience in healthcare, behavioral health, admissions, outreach, social services, or community engagement (preferred) Requirements High school diploma or GED required Associate's degree in a related field preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required If helping underserved individuals access care is what gets you out of bed in the morning, apply now.
