PointCourt Indoor Pickleball Club | Nesconset, NY Are you the person who walks into a room and immediately starts talking to people? PointCourt is looking for an energetic, outgoing and highly organized Member Experience & Community Manager to become one of the faces of our growing indoor pickleball club. This is not a traditional front-desk job. We're looking for someone who loves people, understands hospitality and knows how to make someone feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. You'll be the first impression of PointCourt —greeting members, learning their names, answering questions, helping them find the right programs and making sure the club feels friendly, organized and full of energy. But we also want you out in the community. You'll help introduce PointCourt to local businesses, community organizations, schools, corporate groups and potential partners. You'll help promote events, leagues, clinics, parties and programs and find creative ways to bring new people through our doors. What You'll Do Create an exceptional member and guest experience Manage and help organize front-desk operations Welcome members and learn their names, interests and playing preferences Answer phones, inquiries and member questions Help members register for programs, leagues, clinics and events Promote memberships, packages, lessons and special events Follow up with prospective and former members Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations Represent PointCourt at local events and community activities Help develop partnerships, corporate events and group outings Assist with social media content and club promotions Work closely with ownership and our Director of Pickleball to continually improve the member experience Who We're Looking For You may come from a hotel, restaurant, country club, fitness club, event venue, spa, retail or other hospitality-focused business. Pickleball experience is not required. We can teach you pickleball. What we can't teach as easily is personality. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly. Outgoing. Positive. Approachable. Organized. Reliable. Comfortable talking to anyone. Someone who doesn't wait behind the desk for things to happen—but looks for ways to make things happen.
