  • This leadership role is a strategic thought partner to the Global Brand President and key stakeholders on the brand leadership team, on key priorities, strategic projects and initiatives.
This role ensures that key brand priorities are delivered and communicated effectively across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Strategy Initiatives
  • Lead and project manage the strategy cycle for the brand including; Brand Strategy, Innovation Strategy, Skincare Strategy, Makeup Strategy and other Senior Leadership Business Updates.
This includes developing and coordinating all content development with key stakeholders, project management, meeting preparation, alignment and socialization and ensuring successful completion of all deliverables within the timeline.
  • Facilitate strategy deployment across the organization and track progress towards commitments and actions, key priorities, and report out of KPIs.
  • Lead special projects and other key initiatives, serving as the central strategic link between Brand President, Internal Stakeholders, and Global/Regional teams.
  • Drive post-meeting execution, including timely distribution of materials, alignment of next steps, and structured cascade of key messages and updates to global and regional stakeholders. Brand Office/Leadership
  • Lead the agenda development, coordination and facilitation of weekly leadership meetings, monthly extended leadership meetings and quarterly off-site meetings.
  • Drive post-meeting execution, including timely distribution of materials, alignment of next steps, and structured cascade of key messages and updates to global and regional stakeholders. Serve as the liaison between the Global Brand President and other executives/stakeholders
  • Triage all Executive and Investor Relations requests.
  • Lead the creation of senior leadership updates, as well as presentations with clear storylines and defined deliverables.
  • Drive alignment on approach and next steps for analyses/presentations/projects needed. Develop comms materials and talking points for all internal and external presentations in partnership with Brand Communications

  • External speaking engagements and Media moments Derm Relations
  • Responsible for the development and execution of Derm Strategy, including presence at medical conferences, eventing, in-office sampling programs, and medical partnerships.
  • Scale the Derm Database to active members, integrating with CRM and eCommerce platforms for ongoing engagement.
  • Develop engaging communication and messaging to the Derm community to grow membership to advance Clinique's strategic positioning as the #1 Dermatological Brand.
  • Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strategic thinking and insight, operational expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills. Builds trust, de-escalates conflict, can read the room and tailor approach to the audience.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, set priorities and ensure excellence in execution. Experience aligning cross-functional teams and optimizing workflows.
  • Executive communications experience. Must demonstrate clear and concise communication across all levels and departments.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and flexibility.
