N/A Job Summary The Foundation Operations Associate manages the day-to-day operational activities of the Foundation, including fundraising administration, board relations, donor management, and financial administration. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential donor and financial records, preparing reports and donor communications, serving as the administrative liaison with Foundation leadership, Board members, donors, volunteers, and hospital departments, and providing administrative and logistical support for Foundation special events. The Foundation Operations Associate exercises independent judgment and discretion in prioritizing work, managing multiple projects, handling confidential information, and carrying out responsibilities that support the Foundation's operational effectiveness and fundraising objectives. Qualifications BA Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, donor relations, nonprofit administration, healthcare philanthropy, communications, or a related professional environment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, and donor communications. Experience handling confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using donor management or constituent relationship management (CRM) software; experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge is a plus. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with donors, volunteers, Foundation Board members, hospital leadership, and community partners.
