This role ensures clear, consistent messaging across all platforms—managing everything from weekly worship materials and announcements to website updates, social media, and print communications—while maintaining a strong and cohesive brand. Working closely with staff and ministry teams, the Communications Director helps promote engagement within the congregation, school families, and the broader community through thoughtful, well-executed communication. Part-time role (up to 19 hours/week) supporting church and school communications Plan, create, and distribute content across digital, print, and in-person platforms Manage website updates, social media accounts, and communication tools (including Realm) Produce weekly worship materials, announcements, and presentation slides Coordinate external communications, including newspaper advertising and signage Create promotional materials for ministries, programs, events, and preschool initiatives Ensure consistent branding and clear messaging across all communications Collaborate with staff and ministry teams to support engagement and outreach Maintain organized workflows while managing multiple deadlines and communication channels
