Job Description
Philanthropy Gift Officer Full Time, Monday through Friday Hybrid In-Office / In-Field / Remote KenCrest is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Philanthropy Gift Officer to lead and grow philanthropy in support of our mission to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live full, independent, and meaningful lives. The Philanthropy Gift Officer is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors capable of making annual leadership gifts, major and planned gifts in support of KenCrest's mission. Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, this position will work closely with KenCrest leadership to build meaningful, long-term relationships with donors while aligning donor priorities with organization needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional interested in nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, and advancing opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
