This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, keeping details organized, and turning outreach opportunities into meaningful relationships. Represent PathWays at community events, fairs, festivals, networking opportunities, and outreach activities Help plan and support events that bring people, partners, and programs together Create engaging newsletters, blogs, and outreach communications that share PathWays' mission and impact Build positive relationships with community organizations, businesses, schools, civic groups, and nonprofit partners Support fundraising, donor communications, CRM updates, and grant-related projects Keep outreach calendars, event details, follow-up, and community engagement activities organized and moving forward And that's just the beginning—this role is full of variety, creativity, and new opportunities to jump in, lend a hand, and help PathWays show up in meaningful ways throughout the community. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, creative, and excited to be out in the community sharing the PathWays mission. The right person enjoys meeting people, writing and communicating clearly, keeping projects moving, and jumping in wherever there's an opportunity to connect, support, or make something happen. Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable representing PathWays at events, outreach activities, and community gatherings Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva or similar design tools, and CRM/contact management systems Interest or experience in event planning, newsletters, outreach, fundraising, grant support, or nonprofit/human services work Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, Community Development, a related field, or equivalent experience Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout PathWays' service area Ability to meet clearance, health screening, and training requirements associated with employment Ready to Help PathWays Connect With the Community?
