Hybrid (Tues - Thurs onsite, remote Mon and Fri) Comms/PR agency experience required We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Communications Strategist to lead the development and delivery of impactful communications programs. In this role, you will help organizations engage employees, navigate change, and achieve key business objectives through clear, compelling communications. You will partner closely with senior clients and cross-functional teams to turn complex information into meaningful stories, strategies, and content for diverse audiences. From initial briefing through execution and measurement, you will manage projects with a high level of ownership, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard. What You'll Do

Lead communications projects and workstreams from discovery and strategy through delivery and evaluation.

Interpret client briefs and business objectives; facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions.

Develop audience and stakeholder insights to define communication objectives, key messages, and desired behaviors.

Create communications strategies, messaging frameworks, narratives, value stories, and content plans.

Develop engaging communications across digital, print, presentation, video, and live channels.

Generate creative ideas, engagement approaches, and channel solutions that improve audience experience and campaign impact.

Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and coordination across internal creative teams and external stakeholders.

Build trusted client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and identify opportunities to add value.

Support measurement and evaluation efforts, using insights to strengthen future communications.

Balance multiple priorities while providing hands-on communications support in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Bring

5-8 years of communications management experience, including strategy, campaigns, and multi-channel content development.

A strong understanding of audience engagement and the role communications plays in driving awareness, understanding, engagement, and behavioral change.

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, with strong cross-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.

Experience creating communication plans, messaging frameworks, narratives, and value stories that make complex information clear and engaging.

Confidence leading workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative working sessions.

A track record of building credible, trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.

Strong project and budget management skills, from initial planning through tracking and delivery.

Experience working across internal and external teams to deliver integrated communications solutions.

The ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality, accuracy, or attention to detail.

Experience in an agency environment preferred; exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, corporate, or other regulated industries is a plus.
