An Internal Communications Manager develops a comprehensive internal communications service to deliver an organization or business' strategic messages and provide all employees and stakeholders with regular, meaningful and consistent information. Ensures organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders using a variety of mediums such as a staff intranet, monthly magazine or regular email bulletin.

8 Hours per day / 5 days a week Key Responsibilities Project and Change Communication Develop communication plans for major projects and initiatives. Support project managers and management with target group analysis (business areas, business units, managers, employees). Create clear messages linked to benefits, decisions, risk, and progress. Ensure coordinated, accurate, and predictable communication from projects. Strategic Communication & Channel Strategy Develop an overall communication strategy for Nordic real estate and facility management services. Define optimal communication channels, message frequency, tonality, and responsibility. Align messaging between management, projects, and operational lines. Content and Material Production Produce and quality-assure communication materials, such as presentations for management and Townhalls, message platforms, governance communications, and concise decision-making documents. Support managers in effectively delivering key communications. Brand and Trust Build and strengthen the internal brand for Nordic real estate and facility management. Ensure professionalism, delivery capability, and clear responsibilities are reflected in all communications. Requirements Experience in project and change communication, particularly supporting large investments or projects within complex organizations. Ability to translate project progress, risk, decisions, and benefits into communications aligned with business areas and units. Proven capability in producing project/programme communication plans and tailored messaging for varied audiences (management, business units, local managers, employees). Experience working in matrix organizations, preferably within industry, energy, or infrastructure sectors. Strong skills in developing communication and channel strategies for large organizational units. Understanding the difference between informative, governance, and trust/relationship-building communications. Highly skilled in producing presentations, messaging platforms, one-pagers, and storytelling reflecting value creation for business units. Ability to work independently. Meritorious experience includes a background in management or change management and experience with internal B2B communications (supplier-customer relationship internally). Comprehensive knowledge of communication tools, such as media buying, campaign development, internal communications, and brand management. Education Completed upper secondary education required. University degree in a relevant field is preferred. Language Skills Fluency in spoken and written Swedish. Fluency in spoken and written English. Preferred Experience Industry, energy, infrastructure, or similar operations experience is an advantage. Knowledge and experience in social media is desirable.
