The Community Engagement Administrative Assistant supports the Director of Community Engagement in meeting the school's recruitment and retention goals. The primary responsibilities include administrative support for the following: the admissions and enrollment process of prospective students, management of financial assistance and scholarship funds, support for the Collegiate Parent Associate (CPA), and assistance at events aimed at building community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide administrative support for the enrollment process. Process applications and update databases and spreadsheets accordingly. Maintain systems that facilitate a seamless admissions process, including open house sign-ups, tour scheduling, and assessment registrations. Assist the Director of Community Engagement with communications related to admissions at each stage of the process. Provide on-site support for open houses throughout the year, as well as new family welcome events. Help manage processes for financial assistance and scholarship opportunities. Assist the Director of Community Engagement with applications, timelines, and processes as related to the indexed tuition program, scholarship opportunities, and access fund grants. Provide support in communicating with families regarding awards and grants. Provide administrative support for the Collegiate Parent Association (CPA). Provide logistical support for the organization, e.g. reserving space for monthly meetings and providing guidance for community contacts. Submit information for the weekly newsletter the Scoop as related to CPA. Coordinate with the Business Office on processing payments for all fundraising activities, e.g. Holiday Market, Garden Market, Valentine's Surprise, and Activity Guide parent ads. Provide on-site support as needed for Spartan Socials and Teacher Appreciation events. Assist with the management of the international student program. Coordinate interviews with agencies, families, and administrators. Process paperwork, including maintaining up-to-date documentation in the SEVIS database. Additional responsibilities that enhance the student and parent experience as assigned.Annual Workflow:

High school diploma and at least three years of work-related experience. Ideal candidates demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities . Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members. Proficiency in database management, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Google Suite. Office hours are M-F, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The primary work location is on campus in the assigned office. Remote work is permitted as needed, with approval from the Director of Community Engagement.
