Job Description

Job Summary Our client, a leader in retail & consumer goods, is seeking a Community Manager to join their team. The community manager will manage owned social media channels, engage with consumers in social media both proactively and reactively, and will act as the external voice of the company and specific brands while simultaneously acting as the voice of the consumer internally. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Remote Core Responsibilities Interact with consumers in our owned social media platforms leveraging integrated management software and related tools Participate in the development of agile marketing content based on monitoring social media, flagging opportunities, and formulating plans with internal & external partners Document, share, and provide guidance on social copywriting best practices, within and across community management teams Participate within channels that the organization will be leveraging to have firsthand knowledge of all relative opportunities available Support the development, management, and maintenance of all social media initiatives Contribute to creating FAQs, consumer responses, and other social media content to support ongoing brand activations Keep up to date with social media trends and best practices and support team knowledge sharing Complete additional tasks and projects as needed to support business objectives Interact directly with consumers on social media platforms, focusing on engagement and support rather than strategy or campaign development Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and relevant professional experience 1+ years of professional experience in social media management, customer engagement, communications, or a related field Proven experience in copywriting and content editing for social media, including customer engagement, brand voice management, and risk mitigation in online interactions Hands-on experience using Sprinklr for social media engagement, community management, and customer support is required Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Bilingual in Spanish or French, a plus Childcare Experience - Personal or Professional Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Safety-focused mindset and adherence to procedures Reliable, hands-on approach with strong work ethic Ability to communicate issues clearly and collaborate with team members Adaptability in a fast-paced research environment

Remote, US Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is $36,400 and $52,000 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
