$28/hr Base + 14% Commission Base +

Commission Estimate:

$5,000/mo income after signing 12 clients per year. Because commissions are residual , or cumulative, by the end of two successful years, the Community Relationship Manager can expect to make about $10,000/mo income. • you're probably our person. This role involves patient, local, people-first sales to clients who love our work. You'll work directly alongside the founder, represent Aventacor in the Everett and Snohomish County business community, build our referral network, and turn genuine relationships into long-term clients. What You'll Do
• Research and identify local businesses who are a good fit for our services, and build a digital data pipeline of the right prospects.
• Represent Aventacor at local networking groups and referral events, cultivating lasting relationships with referral partners who send business our way.
• Meet with prospective clients one-on-one to understand their needs and connect them to the right solutions.
• Translate prospective client needs into clear technical solutions, and technical constraints into plain language clients can understand.
• Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails consistently.

Document all business development activities accurately.

Pay:

Up to $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
