Full-Time Role Overview We do not view marketing as a passive department; we view it as a primary driver of pipeline growth. The Director of Growth & Brand is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of creative strategy, inbound lead generation, content marketing, and revenue operations (RevOps). Reporting directly to the Director of Sales (CEO), you will act as the operational support to the sales team. Your mandate is to drive our inbound marketing engine, manage our pre- established HubSpot CRM architecture, design elite sales enablement materials, and fiercely protect our brand identity across all digital channels, including social media. You are expected to be both a high-level strategist and a hands-on executor. Core Responsibilities 1.
Growth Strategy & ROI Accountability Develop Comprehensive Marketing Plans:
Design, execute, and own the marketing strategies to drive inbound SaaS leads (DMEs and Sleep Centers).
Track & Report ROI:
Track Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), lead conversion rates, website traffic, and provide clear, data-driven reports on the ROI of all marketing initiatives. 2. Content Strategy & Social Media Management B2
B Social Media Ownership:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence (heavy emphasis on LinkedIn) with a content calendar designed to engage professionals, clinic owners, and DMEs.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
Write, edit, and proofread high-value content, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, and email drip campaigns. 3. Sales Enablement, Brand, & Events Equip the
Sales Team:
Build whatever the sales team needs to close deals. This includes custom enterprise pitch decks, ROI calculators, and compelling one-pagers.
Trade Show Collateral:
Design and coordinate the production of high-impact physical marketing materials for industry events, including booth graphics, banners, and promotional items. 4. Revenue Operations (HubSpot CRM Management)
CRM Architecture:
Operate as the primary administrator for our HubSpot ecosystem.
Automations & Workflows:
Build and maintain automated workflows that support the sales pipeline (lead nurturing) and Customer Success team (digital adoption sequences to prevent manual fax workflows).
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
3+ years in B2B marketing, content strategy, or Revenue Operations. SaaS or healthcare/sleep tech experience is highly preferred.
HubSpot Mastery:
High proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing & Sales Hubs). Ability to manage databases, build custom workflows, and set up tracking dashboards. The "T-Shaped"
Marketer:
Exceptional copywriting and design skills (Figma, Adobe CS, Webflow/WordPress) combined with an analytical brain for SEO and ROI.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel (up to 10-15%) to represent the brand at major industry trade shows or assist the CEO with large enterprise accounts on-site.
