ALLCPR ALLCPR
( ALL of us should learn CPR) is a leading community emergency training network in North America, founded in Silicon Valley in 2022 by the USJ Education Group . ALLCPR specializes in CPR, BLS, and AED training as well as first aid product and service solutions for individuals, families, and corporate groups. Today, ALLCPR has grown into an internationally recognized brand in emergency training. It is an American Red Cross Primary Licensed Training Provider (PLTP) and an American Heart Association (AHA) Training Partner and was honored with the 2024 American Red Cross Achievement Award for its outstanding achievements in community emergency training. ALLCPR has established over 160 community emergency training centers across 35 U.S. states, supported by more than 200 full-time and part-time instructors. ALLCPR trains approximately 7,000 participants each month, with over 100,000 individuals trained to date. Through its proprietary AI Agent Management Platform, ALLCPR has achieved intelligent, end-to-end digital management—from registration and instruction to assessment and certification. The organization is also actively expanding into China, Canada, and Australia, advancing its global development strategy to build a truly international community emergency training ecosystem . This role builds partnerships with pre- schools, after-school programs, universities, NGOs, and community centers to support training outreach, volunteer programs, and community CPR awareness. Position Summary The Emergency Industry Partnership Specialist builds partnerships with schools, after-school programs, universities, NGOs, and community centers to support CPR training outreach, volunteer programs, and community emergency awareness. This role expands ALLCPR's community training network and strengthens nationwide impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Institutional Partnership Development:
Identify and engage schools, universities, NGOs, and community organizations. Build long-term cooperative relationships that expand CPR training outreach. Present partnership models and CPR awareness programs.
Community Event & Training Support:
Coordinate CPR awareness events, demonstrations, and workshops. Support event logistics, scheduling, and volunteer coordination.
Volunteer & Youth Program Development:
Assist in developing community and youth CPR volunteer program structures. Support guidelines, activity planning, and engagement frameworks.
Outreach & Communication:
Serve as liaison between ALLCPR and external partners. Prepare partnership proposals, outreach materials, and program reports. Represent ALLCPR in community meetings and emergency education events.
Qualifications Required:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain partnerships with institutions. Interest in community health, public safety, or education.
Preferred:
Experience in partnership development, community engagement, or nonprofit programs. Experience coordinating events or outreach activities. Multilingual skills are a plus. Key Attributes Outgoing, collaborative, and mission driven. Relationship-oriented with strong communication skills. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple partnerships. Passionate about community impact and emergency preparedness.
