This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to find the right creators, negotiate deals that make sense for both sides, and keep an always-on affiliate engine running — while also making sure our organic social presence stays sharp, consistent, and on-brand. You'll own two closely connected disciplines: influencer and affiliate marketing (the bulk of the role) and organic social planning and community management (a smaller, but essential, slice).Essential Functions:

Manage day-to-day relationships across an active roster of influencer partners, from first outreach through campaign wrap. Coordinate product seeding, creative briefs, and content approvals to keep partners on-brand and on-schedule. Track and report on campaign performance, and use the data to continually refine the creator mix. Affiliate Program (~40%) Own and grow Purist's affiliate program end to end, from recruitment through ongoing partner management. Manage affiliate onboarding, commission structures, and payouts. Own the affiliate program budget, tracking spend against performance and ROI targets. Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, reach, and efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners and platforms. Social Media (~20%) Plan and maintain the organic social content calendar across platforms. Schedule and publish content, keeping voice, tone, and cadence consistent with the brand. Occasionally shoot or produce organic content to complement creator- and affiliate-sourced assets.
