Internal Communications Manager
Job Description
What Makes You Stand Out Communications & Content Development:
Strong written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated ability in writing, editing, and content creation; solid knowledge of grammar, spelling, and Associated Press style; ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.Digital Platforms & Technology:
Experience with intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint), social collaboration tools (e.g., Viva Engage), content management systems, and digital signage; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to adapt to new and emerging communications technologies.Project Management & Execution:
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Analytics & Measurement:
Proficiency with communications analytics and channel performance measurement tools; ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve communications effectiveness and engagement.Interpersonal & Professional Skills:
Collaborative, relationship-oriented approach with the ability to build strong partnerships and influence without authority; high degree of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information; strong problem-solving capabilities. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience is required Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field within a large, matrixed organization preferred. Experience in the life sciences, medical device, or MedTech industry preferred. Demonstrated experience with internal communications channels, editorial content development, and event communications support preferred. Travel Expectations Occasional overnight domestic and international up to 25% annuallyEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability Expected Compensation Range:
$113,500 to $125k plus target bonus This role is expected to have a weekly, onsite hybrid schedule with some weeks having as little as 1 day/week onsite and at other times up to 5 days/week onsite.Benefits
