Job Description

These are often serious decisions with far reaching consequences, and require sensitivity, tact, and a clear dedication to service. It's about providing clarity and hope. As a key member of the Communications department, the Senior Manager, Executive Communications will be both strategist and storyteller. The role will work alongside senior executives and the communications leadership team to develop and execute approaches that support the company's corporate narrative and use leader voices to articulate the company story and strategy across internal and external channels and venues. This position will be a student of the business and the craft, collaborating with agility and creativity across the company and the communications community of practice to deliver impactful messages and innovative ideas to continuously enhance our work as the caretakers of the company voice. This is a hybrid position based in our Secaucus, NJ location (3 days per week in-office).
