We are looking for a Senior Operations & Communications Manager who can take ownership of operational flow and internal communication strategy. You are not just managing processes—you are designing how work moves through the organization. In this role, you will bridge leadership, teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment at every level. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily operational workflows and ensure processes run efficiently across departments.
Communication Strategy:
Design and maintain internal communication systems that improve clarity, alignment, and execution.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational solutions.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as the central point between leadership, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment.
Reporting & Insights:
Develop structured reporting systems to track performance, operations, and key business metrics.
Execution Support:
Support leadership in implementing strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years in operations, business management, or communications roles, ideally with increasing responsibility over time.
Execution Ability:
You are highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing clarity.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
Operational Thinking:
You understand systems, workflows, and how to improve them—not just manage them.
Leadership Mindset:
You are comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and working directly with leadership teams.
Tools:
Experience with business operations tools (project management systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools).
Pay:
$12,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month
