Immediate Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and creative Part Time Social Media Manager to help grow and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will focus on creating content, managing Instagram, and building engagement with our community through consistent and authentic storytelling. This is a hands on creative role for someone who loves social media, understands lifestyle branding, and wants to grow with a new women's activewear brand from the ground up. About 3Five2 The Label 3Five2 The Label is a growing women's activewear brand built around movement, confidence, and everyday lifestyle. Our pieces are designed to move with you whether that's during workouts, morning walks, Pilates, errands, or simply living in comfort. We are building a community, not just a brand, and we are looking for someone who feels aligned with that lifestyle. Key Responsibilities Create and post content for Instagram including Reels, Stories, photos, and carousel posts Develop engaging lifestyle content featuring 3Five2 The Label products Help plan weekly content ideas, captions, and posting schedule Manage day to day Instagram activity including engagement with comments and messages Stay up to date on social media trends, formats, and content styles Collaborate with current Brand Ambassadors on content direction and consistency Assist with scouting potential Brand Ambassadors to join the team and help guide their content direction after onboarding by the hiring manager Participate in weekly check ins to review content performance, ideas, and upcoming plans Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: Love fitness, wellness, fashion, or the active lifestyle space Enjoy creating content and spending time on Instagram and TikTok Understand aesthetic branding and relatable storytelling Are creative, consistent, and self motivated Feel connected to a lifestyle driven, community focused brand Want to grow with a new women's activewear brand Have experience creating social media content (personal or professional accounts welcome) To Apply Please send: Your name and a short introduction Your social media handles or portfolio Any examples of content you've created Your expected monthly rate or budget Your media kit or rate card if available We are looking for someone who wants to help shape the voice of a growing brand and be part of building something meaningful from the beginning.
