Education and Work Experience + Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, or related field. + 12+ years' experience leading, developing and executing global communications, brand, creative, web and content strategies + 10+ years, strategic global communications leadership + Excellent interpersonal skills and experience to communicate with a highly diverse and international client base. + Experience in financial planning, budget management, and understanding financial metrics + Proven leadership skills in the administration and operation of a global, multi-team environment, including budgeting and strategic planning. + International experience is required. Physical and Mental Demands + Up to 25% travel required, including some international travel. + Work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary. + Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens. + Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods. + Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
