Job Summary We are looking for a Lead Intake Specialist to assist in the role of first voice, listener and welcomer for the women who reach out to 431 Ministries. The Lead Intake Specialist holds a critical frontline position in maintaining the mission and vision of 431 Ministries. She is responsible for all aspects of initial contact, including online forms, phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, and scheduling both for herself and the contract Intake Specialists. As part of the Client Experience team, she will also have a role in facilitating classes in a rotation, and speaking/community engagement participation. This role is the front door of our ministry, directly touching the lives of these women through phone calls, messaging, and emails.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients in Intake Stages
- 70% Schedule and complete inquiry phone calls or intake meetings with new clients Safety Planning
- as needed Assist in front line Safety Planning, including key thoughts and next steps that may affect other team members Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and tracking in Casebook and other internal systems Point of contact with law enforcement and/or CPS when required Speaking / Community Engagement
- 15% Serve as the first call for any client-facing community engagement Serve as the back up speaker for other opportunities Assist in fundraising efforts during special campaigns Class Facilitator
- 15% Assist in the rotation of class facilitators on evenings and weekends as needed Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong discipleship skills with ability to motivate and encourage others Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times 3-5 years in a relevant field Associate's Degree or higher in a related field
