Great campaigns need more than a strong message. They need people who know how to bring that message to life. Commonwealth Partners is hiring a full-time Junior Campaign Manager in Nashville to support event-based campaigns for nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations while building hands-on experience in outreach, communication, and sales. As a Junior Campaign Manager, you'll help coordinate community pop-ups, connect with people face-to-face, and turn nonprofit initiatives into engaging conversations that inspire action. Every Junior Campaign Manager receives hands-on coaching while learning how event execution, fundraising, sales, and team collaboration come together to produce successful campaigns. Responsibilities of the Junior Campaign Manager Help prepare campaign materials, messaging, and event setups before community outreach begins. Represent nonprofit partners at pop-up locations and community meetups through engaging sales and fundraising conversations. Educate community members about current initiatives, programs, and opportunities to support each organization. Build genuine connections that turn public interest into measurable sales and fundraising results. Keep campaigns organized throughout the day while supporting smooth event execution and positive interactions. Track outreach activity, sales performance, and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement. Work alongside teammates to strengthen communication, sales strategy, and overall campaign effectiveness. Continue developing as a Junior Campaign Manager through coaching in event coordination, leadership, fundraising, and sales. Qualifications of the Junior Campaign Manager Confident communicator who enjoys working with people and taking initiative. Interested in nonprofit outreach, events, marketing, fundraising, leadership, or sales. Customer service, hospitality, events, volunteer work, promotions, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Organized, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different campaign locations. Positive, coachable, and motivated by measurable goals. Comfortable working at outdoor pop-ups and community locations throughout the Nashville area. Interested in growing professionally as a Junior Campaign Manager while developing practical leadership and campaign experience.
