We are seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven marketing professional to strengthen our community relationships and expand how we reach and educate local families. This hands-on position combines community outreach, referral development, social media, content creation, and digital marketing. Position Overview The Marketing and Community Relations Director will build relationships with healthcare professionals, senior-service organizations, community leaders, and other referral partners throughout the Brazos Valley. This individual will also develop and manage a coordinated marketing strategy that includes digital advertising, website content, email marketing, community events, presentations, and traditional marketing. The ideal candidate is personable, creative, organized, comfortable with technology, and committed to following through and measuring results. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Relations and Referral Development Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, physicians, home health agencies, hospice organizations, veterans' organizations, churches, and other community partners. Develop and manage a prioritized list of referral sources and community contacts. Conduct regular face-to-face visits with referral partners throughout the Brazos Valley. Represent Brazos Home Care at networking events, community programs, professional meetings, and educational presentations. Identify new partnership and outreach opportunities. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners. Help increase qualified inquiries, consultations, new clients, and service hours. Social Media and Content Marketing Create engaging and educational content related to aging at home, dementia and memory care, caregiver education, fall prevention, veterans' benefits, family caregiving, client stories, and community activities. Create or coordinate graphics, photography, short-form video, and other digital content. Manage and monitor the company's social media presence. Respond appropriately to online engagement and help maintain a professional, trustworthy brand voice. Digital and Traditional Marketing Coordinate social media efforts with the company website, Google Business Profile, email marketing, digital advertising, and traditional marketing. Recommend and manage paid social media and digital advertising within an approved budget. Help maintain accurate and consistent company information across digital platforms. Develop marketing materials for community outreach, referral partners, events, and prospective clients. Research new marketing opportunities and recommend strategies based on performance. Reporting and Performance Measurement Track community outreach, referral activity, marketing campaigns, and results. Monitor qualified inquiries, consultations, new clients, conversion rates, service hours, marketing expenses, and return on investment when reasonably measurable. Provide regular reports on marketing activity and performance. Use results to recommend improvements and guide future marketing decisions.
