On-site — Downtown San Antonio-area Full Job Description We're looking for an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Manager to join our San Antonio team and help lead campaigns for some of the most recognizable brands in the country. This is a hands-on, management-track role — you'll start by learning our sales and marketing systems from the ground up, then take ownership of campaign execution, team coordination, and client results as you grow. It's an ideal fit for someone who wants real leadership experience without needing years of prior management background. Brands you'll support: Spectrum — Internet & Cable HelloFresh — Meal Kit Subscriptions T-Mobile — Wireless Plans UNICEF — Nonprofit Donor Acquisition Responsibilities Learn and eventually oversee day-to-day sales and marketing campaign operations for assigned San Antonio territories Coordinate campaign materials, schedules, and promotional events for partner brands Support and eventually help train and manage a team of entry-level sales/marketing reps Track team and campaign performance, identifying areas to improve results Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new team members as you advance Manage campaign logistics end-to-end — planning, vendor/site coordination, setup, and post-event reporting Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, leads, and performance metrics in Salesforce (CRM) Meet weekly with senior leadership to review results, budgets, and priorities Lead or co-lead daily morning team huddles to align on messaging, goals, and territory focus Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to a team Natural leadership qualities and a drive to grow into a management role Comfort with sales, pitching, and handling objections Dependable transportation for local travel Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities at once High school diploma required; degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred No prior management experience required — full training and mentorship provided Comfort learning CRM tools; Salesforce experience a plus Benefits Health insurance 401(k) plan Base salary + uncapped commission/bonus potential Paid training and leadership development program Fast-track promotion path into senior management roles Mentorship from senior sales & marketing leaders Room for long-term career growth
