PS Quality Program & Communications Manager Description
- The System Management, Costs, and Pan PS Quality Organization provides comprehensive oversight of product quality for Personal System Commercial and Advanced Compute Solutions products.
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading multiple cross-functional project teams focused on improving the overall quality support experience for HP customers. The position provides strategic direction, alignment, and execution oversight across key quality initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered effectively and drive meaningful impact. This role also has organization-wide responsibility for overseeing all quality-related communications, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, timely, and aligned with business objectives.Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership:
Lead and coordinate multiple project teams across the organization to drive improvements in product and customer quality experience. Establish program priorities, define objectives, monitor execution, and ensure alignment across initiatives to achieve measurable quality outcomes. Provide governance, direction, and accountability to keep programs on track and aligned with organizational goals.Issue Response Management:
Lead cross‑functional teams as required to quickly investigate, coordinate, and drive resolution of quality‑related issues or programs. Act as a central point of accountability, ensuring timely analysis, effective actions, and clear communication across Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Pre-Sales and Sales stakeholders. Drive structured issue management, escalation, and closure while reinforcing quality best practices and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.Quality Communications Oversight:
Oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of all quality-related communications for the organization. Ensure communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business priorities, while enabling effective engagement with internal stakeholders, leadership, and customers. Drive communication processes and deliverables that support transparency, responsiveness, and confidence in the organization's quality strategy and actions.Education & Experience Recommended:
Four-year or Graduate Degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience. 7-10 years of work experience in technology/engineering marketing, communications and program management with current experience and knowledge in computer technologies, hardware, operating systems, software, and networking technologies. Understanding of HP Personal Systems Research and Development, Supply Chain, Product Management and other organizational processes. Advanced communication, storytelling, and influence skills. The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Benefits:
