Community Representative Job Description Part-Time | $19.00 per hour | Up to 25 hours per week
Reports To:
Information Center Lead Position Overview OnPlace is seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused Community Representative to support the day-to-day operations of the community's Information Center. This part-time position serves as a welcoming point of contact for prospective residents, realtors, builders, residents and other community guests while providing operational and administrative support to the Information Center team. The Community Representative works closely with and reports directly to the Information Center Lead. Responsibilities may vary based on community, client, and business needs. Schedule & Compensation $19.00 per hour Part-time, up to 25 hours per week Monday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required Additional or adjusted hours may be scheduled based on community and operational needs
Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all Information Center guests, both in person and through designated communication channels. Open, maintain, and close the Information Center according to established procedures. Greet guests and provide general information regarding the community, builders, amenities, lifestyle offerings and surrounding area. Register guests and accurately capture required guest and prospect information. Enter and maintain prospect information in HubSpot, ensuring information is accurately captured and updated as directed. Distribute and maintain approved marketing collateral and community information. Build positive working relationships with builder sales teams, realtors, community partners and other stakeholders. Support realtor outreach, including responding to realtor inquiries and assisting with follow-up communication as directed. Assist with realtor, community, builder and promotional events as needed. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Information Center Lead and OnPlace Collective team. Assist with assigned reporting and tracking responsibilities, including XO, CMA and other reports or systems as directed. Assist with gathering information, maintaining records and providing updates needed for community and operational reporting. Support social media content by capturing photos, videos, community highlights, event content and other approved content as directed. Assist with maintaining the overall appearance, organization, supplies, collateral and readiness of the Information Center. Support special projects, initiatives, events and other community needs as assigned. Perform other related duties as needed to support the ongoing needs of the community and organization. Requirements Must be available to work Monday, Saturday and Sunday . Strong customer service, hospitality, sales or related experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable interacting with prospective residents, realtors, builders, residents and community partners. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word. Ability to learn and utilize company systems, including HubSpot and other reporting or operational platforms. Ability to work independently while following direction from the Information Center Lead. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Marketing, sales, real estate, hospitality or social media experience is a plus. Must be able to remain focused and productive in an open workspace. Ability to frequently stand and walk throughout the workday. Light lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 50 pounds may be required.
