We're scaling our media presence and looking for a Social Media Manager to help us show up consistently across every platform. Role Overview You'll be responsible for publishing content daily across our YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook channels. You'll work alongside our CMO, Creative Director, designers, and a team of editors who produce all video assets. Channels You'll Manage YouTube (9 channels): D2D Experts (main) Sam Taggart Roofing Solar Lighting Fiber Pest Control Windows Alarms Instagram (3 accounts): @thed2dexperts @thesamtaggart @d2dcon Facebook (3 pages): The D2D Experts Sam Taggart D2DCon Posting Schedule YouTube (per channel, 9 channels total): 2
  • 4 long-form videos per month 2 Shorts per day 1 Community post every 3 days Instagram (per account, 3 accounts total): 2-3 Reels per day 4 Story sequences per week (sales-focused) 3 Carousels per week Facebook (per page, 3 pages total): 4 Story sequences per week (sales-focused) 2-3 Reels per day Cross-posted content from Instagram as appropriate
Weekly Volume Estimate:
126 YouTube Shorts (18 per day across 9 channels) ~4-5 YouTube long-form videos (2 per month per industry channel, 1 per week for Sam Taggart's Personal Brand, and 1 per week on the D2D Experts) ~21 YouTube Community posts 42-63 Instagram Reels 9 Instagram Carousels 21+ Stories (Instagram + Facebook combined) Responsibilities Content Planning & Capturing Capture content throughout the day in order to create content for our social medias Strategize with the Creative Director to determine the type of content we need to capture Create a social media calendar for the entire quarter so we know what content needs to be captures and posted and when Content Publishing Post all content on schedule across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook Format and optimize posts for each platform (thumbnails, captions, hashtags, tags, links) Schedule content using platform-native tools or approved scheduling software Coordinate with the other Social Media Manager to ensure complete coverage and no gaps Reporting & Analytics Complete a daily tracking sheet logging impressions, engagement, and conversations started Monitor posting times and analyze when our audience is most active Identify top-performing content and report weekly on what's working and what's not Flag trends, opportunities, or issues to the Creative Director Platform Management Respond to comments as needed (or escalate appropriately) Keep all profiles updated with current links, bios, and branding Stay current on platform algorithm changes and best practices Graphic Design Support Create and edit graphics for community posts, carousels, and stories if needed Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines What Success Looks Like Your KPIs are built around two things: Posting Consistency

  • Finding industry trends and working with our Creative Director to capture and capitalize on these trends.
You'll be evaluated on your ability to execute the schedule without gaps and provide clear, actionable reporting on performance.
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of experience managing social media accounts (professional or brand accounts, not just personal) Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube publishing workflows Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking data daily Reliable, consistent, and accountable

Preferred:
Basic understanding of social media analytics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, CTR) Experience in B2B, sales training, coaching, or home services industries Familiarity with short-form video trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content) Team Structure You'll work directly with: Creative Director
  • Sets content strategy, guides messaging, and approves assets Video Editing Team
  • Produces all video content; you receive finished assets ready to post You won't be creating content from scratch.
