Objective. Responsive. Trusted. The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes enterprise architectural assessments, systems engineering and integration, test, planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, acquisition support, and cybersecurity. The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA's Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Come where you will be part of our high-caliber team! SPA has an immediate opening for an Action Officer supporting GED. Responsibilities The successful candidate will work as part of team supporting GED/COS and the business functions related to the directorate's mission and senior leadership responsibilities. Will work with key stakeholders to understand and track project status, actions, milestones, schedules, and drive policy actions and recommendations. Will s erve as the primary point of contact (POC) for mission support assignment to include the cradle to grave tracking of TIERs (Tracking Information and Enterprise Response) and overseeing the accomplishment of tasks supporting the agency's mission. Utilize tools for tracking actions, preparing briefings, performing technical reviews, and ensuring the front office is properly informed and prepared for participation in senior level meetings. Will dr raft and edit executive correspondence and d evelop overview briefings, year-in-reviews, weekly activity reports, and off-site agendas.Qualifications Required Qualifications:
US Citizenship with TS/SCI + Poly clearance at date of application Please discuss specific polygraph requirements with an SPA Talent Acquisition professional Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics At least 4 years' experience as an Action Officer Able to respond quickly and flexibly to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment Intelligence Community experience required Ability to report to designated work location in Chantilly, up to full time, based on the needs of the customerDesired Qualifications:
